Hello, Politicians ! The free public transport for ladies scheme benefits the ladies community the most and the party which implements it positively will be treated as a more responsive party to the concerns/demands of ladies. Compared to other schemes, it is a much cheaper scheme with more coverage and not at all a burden to the govt. It is very much wrong to think that this scheme belongs to one party/person. Any party can modify it and can implement for more types of buses to increase the coverage of benefit to all section of ladies. The reimbursement of the money to the RTCs under this scheme strengthens and helps to expand the public transport slowly over a period of time which really in turn helps largely the society/public only. So, this scheme is benefitting the individuals and simultaneously the society as a whole unlike some schemes wherein simply the monetary benefit is being distributed to even the undeserved individuals. Think positively about the development of women and society.
