Does it mean that this letter pin points to the curative petition being filed and it lies unattended for months and felt that it is lying in the cold storage

ias sir. corporates cannot behave like individual or group of aimless persons. They have a character and once they file a case, either they should followup for redressal vigorously or drop it immediately to avoid embarrassment and waste of time - both to the judiciary and opponents. courts can use their special powers to dismiss and punish those corporates filing various vexatious litigations for prolonging issues for decades without resolution - wasting courts time and public. This may be touching the point mentioned in the joint appeal to CJ by eminent lawyers recently

dear Arun brother......as far as V! or other corporates are concerned there is no cause to worry .....the reason being very simple the corporates have always managed to have friends across the political dispensation.....the telecom legal mess was at the behest of one entity to finish off entire competition..and most of the companies wiped out were MNCs....but after the merger of Vodafone....Mr.KMB has taken on the onslaught....so there is nothing to worry...now on the letter....it is more of a clarion call to ward off....the way the judiciary is harangued in various platforms by entities which is upset at the way they are losing the legal narrative and subsequently their survival in political landscape.....it is more of Politico- judicious amalgamation.....and no cause to worry for retail investors of V!.....the only thing concerning us is that Mr.KMB should hasten up and not prolong it further..... regards
