Hence why govt exited and allowed only private companies to sell with provisions like could offer unlimited discounts, stay open till 3am, home delivery. Delhi govt officially reported 27 percent rise in income generating 8900 crore. Ed is saying policy caused 2800 crore loss. How could this be believed when govt reported 27 percent more income with new policy. More over its alleged that 100 crore bribe was given for getting contract. I have few doubts. If really delhi govt or say aap intention is taking bribe then why will they take only 1 percent when other states are taking some 10 to 20 percent.
