really fail to understand why bulls are finding it difficult to overpower beers in ongc. ongc is such an undervalued stock and still not able to enter a bull rally. almost every stock in this market has crossed its all time high by huge margin. wonder how can ongc keep on on selling at a pe of just 8.5 in a market where lot of stocks are selling at pe 0f 40 to 100.
