if you go through the results figures of macrotech and other co like purvankara, sobha, prestige, etc. for macrotech, except for revenue growth, nothing has changed positive. point here is pre-sale figure will always create illusion till revenue is booked, so one should not lured by pre-sale figures, which is just booking.. even for reducing loan they collected money trough qip.
