NMDC is low BETA stock with face value 1. Its a slow moving stock like GAIL and IOC so not expecting much appreciation till ex- bonus date. Those who are holding 100 shares will be holding 300 shares on record date as the bonus ratio is 2 for every 1 held. Stock price will be reduced to one third on ex bonus date, hence sub 100 level is almost confirmed....
